Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Taking referrals from the Job centre for candidates they are referring to attend courses
  • The above candidates are being recommended to attend free courses to themselves for either construction, warehouse, security, forklift
  • Chatting to the candidates about the courses and answering questions about the courses on offer
  • Promoting the courses to them and the benefits to themselves for attending
  • Sending our learner surveys for them to complete and chasing
  • Checking candidates attendance records
  • Checking registers
  • Booking candidates onto the courses and emailing them information
  • Sending candidates texts as reminders
  • Calling candidates to chase feedback on how getting on at the courses
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Working closely with the apprentice who assists with the admin
  • General administration

 

Requirements for the role

 

  • Must be organised
  • Able to manage time wisely and efficient
  • Self motivated
  • Used word for windows
  • Excel an advantage

Salary and Benefits:

  • £22K to £25K per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5pm – 1 hour for lunch
  • Day holiday for Birthday, plus an additional 25 days + stats = 34 days per annum
