Sales Consultant

 

We are seeking a Sales Consultant/Executive/Advisor

Home based and then some travel if needed for meetings to either

 

Manchester, Wythenshawe, Openshaw, Cheshire

They are offering blended/agile working – a combination of working from home and then in the future working from the office 1 or 2 times a week when needed, however not every week

This is a replacement for someone that has been promoted, so plenty of promotional opportunities available

Job role

 

Responsible for the growth for new clients, which involves development new client relationships with clients and partners

Soft selling to potential new clients

Calling from the database dormant accounts

Researching new potential clients to promote the apprenticeship programmes – 50 vocational areas

Targets are to achieve 15 new starters per month – achievable and not hire and fire if do not reach them, so not high pressure

Attending daily meetings virtually from home with the team – all equipment supplied

Also dealing with warm leads

Making new connections using social media including linked in

Building client relationships

Calling potential new clients to promote the company

Carrying out some client chats using teams or zoom

Looking for a strong desire to pro-actively contact and work with employers to identify their needs

Working to KPIs and targets

 

Essential for the role

 

Proven, recent sales experience demonstrated within a business to business or business to consumer environment

Ideally worked in the apprenticeship sector, but not essential as any background as long as sales experience, however not aggressive sales as this role is soft sales and building up relationships, as they then return to book other apprentices

IT skills using Microsoft office

Salary £24,500 per annum

37 hours per week – 8.30 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and Fridays 8.30 am to 4.30 pm – 1 hour lunch
