JOB ROLE

 

  • To identify, generate and secure new business opportunities with employers, learners to meet targets across all the programmes, which includes apprenticeships, commercial, adult skills and digital provision
  • Proactive participation in a variety of sales, marketing and networking activities to build and maintain a constant healthy sales pipeline
  • Plan and evaluate own sales campaigns in order to meet own and business targets
  • Identify learning ad development opportunities, both funded and commercial, that support the employer in delivering their business objectives, goals and training needs
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and meets funding requirements
  • Recruit candidates on to the relevant training programmes, delivering effective information, advice and guidance
  • Build effective working relationships with appropriate referral agencies and stakeholders, in order to promote the company
  • Attend networking events
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Using the CRM system

 

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

 

  • Car owner and use of the vehicle – all milage paid for networking events
  • Proven track record of sales knowledge and experience and ideally in selling funded and commercial training or experience instead in recruitment of telesales sector
  • Experience of working to targets
