JOB ROLE

 

  • Managing a caseload of learners
  • Working from home and mainly remote, however some travel is required to see learners face to face – mileage paid
  • Managing own dairy
  • Completing observations
  • Coaching/mentoring, mapping milestones, learner progress records
  • Teaching and coaching them remotely and face to face to help them achieve their apprentices
  • Training learners for the apprentices in Human Resources level 3 and 5 apprentices
  • Prepare learner for end point assessments
  • Carrying out reviews with learners
  • Completing on line observation documents
  • Support the functional skills (Maths and English) if able to (however team already in place with experienced functional skills) if no delivery experience, not essential

 

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

 

Occupational competence in Human Resources

Previous teaching, training, assessing or coaching experience

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS

 

  • Salary to £22,000 + guaranteed car allowance £3,750 per annum paid monthly in with salary– total is £25,750 per annum
